Overall Satisfaction with Keap

As a non-profit and for profit fundraising and sales consultant I use keap to manage my list, send my blog, track my client work, register workshop attendance, promote program sales, create email marketing sequences, and serve as my shopping cart. With a list of 15k, I use keep to segment my list to provide the best fit for list members. It's also served me well as a cart.

  • Email deliverability - an ever changing frustration to know what will count as "activity"
  • Rigidity in applying double opt in
  • accurate checking for dups
  • use of templates and integration with website
  • As we get better at importing data from speaking we get better follow up
  • The first email sent from Keap will probably not get through so you get on the list with outlook and then get keap in the door
  • deliverability is just the bug - but keap staff is helping us do this better

I jumped into Keap when I didn't really have the records or support. You need to at least be to a point in your business where you can retain help to work with Keap and have at least 7000 records. It's expensive and too much too soon

Yes - No, we had a bug with the failure of klean 13 to work right - still suffering from that mess
Yes, we attended the inperson week long training in Arizona = Great from start to finish. Keap conferences on line are terrific too. Now we meet with our account rep Michael monthly - doing amazing things with us
We've had some hiccups but mostly great people working to get us great results
