Keap is an all-in-one platform for email marketing and Customer Relationship Management, and it helps us organize/ manage business operations seamlessly. We used Keap application to manage communication with customers and potential customers and to manage tasks and meetings with clients. We were using Excel Sheets to manage daily tasks, client data, meeting requests, and managing potential leads which was time-consuming and full of errors. This application helped us create workflows, manage contacts and customer deals, and to send emails to clients whenever we needed.

Keap is an all-in-one platform for sending bulk emails, managing contacts, tasks management, creating workflows in email marketing, actions-based tasks, creating task reminders, managing tasks with team members, and better reporting with the analytics used in Keap. The landing pages are a unique feature, and text messages added quality to the work.

Keap is well suited for organizations with medium to large-sized operations and users where the company has to manage multiple team members and Account Managers managing thousands of contacts in different Work Teams and workloads.

Less appropriate for organizations with a lesser number of contacts and less number of Account Managers to use the app.
