Overall Satisfaction with Keeper

Keeper is used across our Marketing Department. With various stock sites, social media platforms, websites, etc. It was becoming increasingly frustrating to manage or keep track of all of our logins and passwords without writing it down somewhere (IT frowns upon this). Keeper has addressed this issue without any hiccups. The best feature is our department's ability to create a shared folder where our team can access any of the needed accounts without having to track down the original user.
  • Account & password organization.
  • Account management.
  • Ease of use.
  • Don't ask for a password save for every empty field.
  • + Increased productivity - no slow down to track accounts or passwords from another team member.
  • + My sanity - As I don't have to remember the logins and passwords for 50+ accounts.
It's just easy to use, plain and simple. It has the complexity and user-interface that gives you confidence in its build but the ease-of-use that keep things from getting too complicated. A huge plus when you have to onboard new members of the team or summer interns when you need them to step in and make orders on your behalf.
I have not had any issues where I've had to call on support for a fix. This would be the reason I would give it a 10/10. No issues in 2-years.
Again, in our account management. It allows any new accounts created to be automatically logged into our marketing folder when someone has to quickly sign-up for a service or complete an order on the fly. When asked if someone can re-order, change something, etc. all they have to do is go to the site and Keeper will automatically pull in the username and password. This is a huge time-saver and keeps us from getting frustrated when passing along the info.
