Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster

Kemp LoadMaster is being used to provide load balancing and continuous service to our web and API servers. This allows us to provide redundant services to public and internal users wither we are handling a disaster recovery or just doing simple upgrades for security patches or service packet to our infrastructure.
  • Easy to set up and maintain.
  • Easy to update, backup the firmware/software.
  • Little to no maintenance.
  • Responsive support that is willing to assist with more complex use cases.
  • Documentation/Knowledge base needs to be expanded upon.
  • 100% uptime with services.
  • Simplified networking.
F5 was just way too expensive for our organization.
Kemp LoadMaster usability is great, as it is very easily configured.
Support is responsive and always available. I have only had to open a case two or three times in the multiple years we have been using Kemp.
