Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster
It, Kemp LoadMaster, is being used to load balance the data across our network to increase capacity (concurrent users) and reliability of applications. It is also used to provide an extra layer of protection of our data on our network to minimize access to bad actors trying to access our environment for exploitation.
- Keeps data flow leveled throughout our network.
- Helps us monitor stress on our network with data and apps.
- Support is superb when needing help with technical issues.
- Having dashboard will show which system is acting as Master or Secondary.
- Have report format clearer to isolate data.
- Kemp LoadMaster allows the option to pause renewal emails when an order is in process of renewal.
- End user satisfaction which could potentially allow more funding for our dept.
- Technology Dept recognition from district leadership and board for expansion buy-in.
- Our application delivery has been extremely successful with use of Kemp LB.
We have conducted random evaluations of other product comparison data against Kemp [LoadMaster], and are very satisfied with the [Kemp] Loadmaster product reviews. We feel strongly about the product reliability, support model, and ease of use. We have complete confidence when it comes to having to make changes to our environment that the [Kemp] Loadmaster doesn't adversely respond to those changes.
