The business problems this product addresses is how to deal with phishing emails that our employees receive in a safe and reliable manner. The scope of our use of KnowBe4 PhishER is our entire email network throughout our company.
- Provides an easy way to report phishing emails.
- Takes the phishing email out of the employees inbox after reporting
- Provides a safe "OR room" to see dissect the phishing email and even reuse it for phishing training in the future.
- I would like a how-to guide for the admins that manage the phishing emails that get reported.
- I would like for KnowBe4 to make a PAB for Apple Mail for both Mac and iphone, as many of our employees use these.
- isolates email threats in a more efficient and universal way than the various email platforms.
KnowBe4 PhishER has saved time by providing everyone in our organization an easy way to report phishing or suspicious emails as opposed to asking what they should do with an email they do not trust.
My organization has implemented the Blocklist that it gathered from our Google network and we have intents to use the PhishRIP and PhishFlip after various phishing attempts have been collected.
The Blocklist is continually enforced with KnowBe4 PhishER along with our Google network. PhishRip and PhishFlip will allow us to pull value out of the phishing attacks that come our way to make for the most real-world training that can be provided.
