Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
When users use the PAB I can examine the potential phishing attempts and teach the AI system what is and is not legitimate email. I also use the PhishRip to strip phishing emails from the user's email box.

- There are many times phishing emails come in that I want to rip but cannot do to how the emails come in. The headers, subject line, receiver or sender vary slightly where the system cannot distinguish between the differences.
- Before PhishER I had no tangible means to help our users figure out what email was or was not a phishing email. To date PhishER has helped me catch over 7,500 phishing emails, this year.
All the flagged emails from the PAB are gathered in one place. The system flags many emails using the filters and appropriately classifies them. Those it cannot automatically identify with certainly are presented into one page where I can systematically and quickly teach the system of new threats and spam and release the clean email.
We have used PhishML, PhishRIP, and PhishER Blocklist. I have used PhishFliip on one occasion. The email that was flipped was too advanced of a test where all the users failed to catch it.
It has significantly reduced my time weeding through the 15,000 emails that would have come through my inbox to examine for malicious activity. PhishML has helped the most in categorising the real threats from span and real email.
