Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
It is an advanced PDF edition solution that allows to edit forms by adding or modifying text fields, checkboxes, radius buttons and signature fields. Another key aspect is the integration with the Office suite and the capacity to save many types of documents into a PDF file. The digital signature feature allows several ways to sign documents including with a pen. I was looking for the Nuance Power PDF but then found out it became Kofax Power PDF. One of the best aspects I was looking for is a PDF solution that is comprehensive and a one-time purchase.

I found the product to be easy to use. When easy to use, it helps saving time on tasks to accomplish.
Kofax Power PDF is found to have a best value overall for the price tag when considering the features, ease of use (easier than Acrobat in my opinion since it is more obvious where to find the expected tools), and the user interface which is simple and well organized rather than bloated.

The PDF editing feature was found to cleanly edit files while the form feature is the main use I have with Power PDF and it is found to be very reliable. I use occasionally the signing feature.
