Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I use Power PDF for virtually all of the pdf processing needs, whether it is combining PDF files or bates numbering discovery documents.
- Power PDF makes processing PDFs easy, especially where you need to insert or extract portions of documents. It handles bates numbering very smoothly and allows highlighting of PDF documents for keeping notes.
- Power PDF probably does this, but I do not know the process. Sometimes I need all script codes removed from a document for filing with the USPTO. Thus I will sometime CUTE.PDF the document to remove those. Likewise, I have been unable to find how to mask out content (such as client's notes on a document which has been sent by PDF). It would also be nice to be able to add drawings to a PDF.
- For the cost it has been a really valuable program. Much less expensive and easier to use than the alternative.
It is simple to use - except for the items mentioned in No. 9.
Cute.PDF is the only other product like this I use. Acrobrat is not intuitive for me.
