Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I use Kofax Power PDF in all areas of the business, including creating PDFs, extracting and combining PDFS, exporting documents to work & excel, creating fillable forms, signing & stamping documents, creating searchable documents
- Creating / Combining / Extracting PDF documents is very simple
- Signing & Approving pdf documents
- Security features work well (locking, Identities, signatures)
- Exporting to excel usually requires some additional work to line everything up 2. 3.
- Product is easy to use, switched the whole team over from Adobe to Kofax and everyone likes the simplicity and functionality of the program
Power PDF is easy to use. Even some of the more complex features (Form Typer, Advanced Processing) are easy to figure out and work through
Adobe PDF. Kofax is easier to use and integrate within the organization. The one time payment is a plus vs Adobe's monthly fee per user
