Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
Mainly converting pdf documents to excel and Word, and commenting or editing pdf documents
- Converting pdfs to excel, super easy (usually, just a click of the button)
- Commenting on pdf documents, there are many options to customize and make it super clear
- Changing what was already written on a document even if the document was not set up for that
- It doesn't always convert in the same way, sometimes u need to really play around with the document to convert it
- It doesn't always recognize words, there should be an option to recheck a section to see if there is text
- Recognize more than a few languages and fonts
- Helps us import orders that previously had to be put in manually, so that makes us super happy!
Very user friendly, similar to layouts we've been using (such as word or excel) so many sections were self explanatory
I used pdf pro, it is not as comprehensive
