Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to respond to RFPs and other proposals mainly. It is used to de constructed the RFP and RFQs and publish responses.

Responding to RFPs that can not be edited is time consuming.

Time is a big one. Take a RFP, turn is into responses and then re publish is a breeze

I think creating forms is easy. love this fetaure

I think Read Iris is may be a little better at document conversion and has OCR capabilities. However, I think the interface for Readiris is weird. In my opinion, people familar with MS Office product will prefer Kofax Power PDF hands down
