Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
We use Kofax Power PDF (KPP) for all our PDF needs. It does all the things we need done and hundreds of other tasks beyond what we regularly use. It is intuitive and easy to learn.
- It is great for converting PDFs into Word, Excel, etc. There is always some clean-up needed (particularly for footers, footnotes, and page numbers) but it routinely prepares even 100 page documents for quick and easy use in Microsoft products.
- I don't have specific examples - but only because I've used it so long I can't remember things Adobe did differently. I know it does everything we need at much less cost that Adobe.
- Kofax Power PDF allows us to handle all our PDF needs quickly, easily, and at a much lower cost.
It - like other such products - has an enormous breadth of tasks in can perform and it does all them quickly.
Adobe - but too long ago to compare it to anything Adobe does today.
