Kofax power pdf provides comprehensive pdf solution helps to create, edit, convert and collaborate pdf documents. The product is useful in document security, improved productivity and electronic signatures
- The product enhances user productivity with its good interface and tools. It simplifies the task for example document conversion, editing, formatting and annotation. 2. It is cost effective with its good pdf capabilities. 3. Useful in create fillable forms, gather data form through submissions.
- Sometimes there is a compatibility issue with different versions of pdf in terms of features and format are limited. 2. Sometimes customer support could take a while 3. Large pdf file may cause the software to slow down and less responsive.
- It certainly is a cost effective product. Some users experience in complexity in user interface as compared to other pdf products which take some time for users to fully understand the application.
At first it took time to explore the user interface. After fully understand the tools. I benefited from the product in terms of my productivity.
I used PDFelement. It has an intuitive interface but I found Kofax to be more professional and productive.
