Overall Satisfaction with kvCORE

I used kvCORE 8 years ago with another real estate firm and was truly excited to learn this would be our CRM. Unfortunately, this has been a disaster. The product is not user-friendly and they wrangle you into long-term contracts. They have numerous webinars available to learn the product if you have the time to learn it. If you already have a job this is a second job. Good luck trying to reach customer service. Help starts with a BOT, then in 24 hours a live chat and if you are not glued to your computer and do not answer quickly they ask if you are still there then close out the conversation. Additionally, the auto-replies to our customers become obnoxious to the point the customers ask to be unsubscribed. Really glad to be done with them. If you have a dedicated marketing person who can spend hours learning the system and control the timing of the drip campaigns it has all the bells and whistles. In my humble opinion, kvCORE is costly and lacks the support needed to use its advanced system.

Brivity was an excellent CRM. The new brokerage we went to had kvCORE as part of the plan and why we changed. I would definitely go back to Brivity given the choice.
