Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We use it to see who has been on our website, where they go, [and] how long they stay there for. We also try and find out who has been on the site so that we can contact them about our services. It is very easy to see who has been on the site and where they have been.

  • Correct companies identified
  • Suggested contacts within companies
  • Nice dashboard
  • It would be good to know exactly who has visited.
  • Referral search engines [are] not always identified.
  • Search strings that brought them to the website [are] not always visible.
  • Identifying prospect companies.
  • Identifying the web pages that are most of interest.
  • Identifying individuals within those companies.
  • We have not made an ROI yet, but it is worth having for the data.
  • Good to know who is visiting our site and when.
  • Good to know what pages they visit.
We tried Canddi and it was not a patch on Lead Forensics, so we went back to Lead Forensics.

Really good for quick, easy website tracking.

Also good for companies who have clients in small companies who the contacts will be easy to identify.

Not so great for large organisations who have multiple decision makers or buyers.

I have not yet found the person who visited our site unless I sent them an email first.
