Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Lifesize is being used by the organization I work with by bringing various members of a multitude of teams together. The organization is worldwide, and being able to connect with team members from all over is helpful. We are now more able to leverage assets that are in other locations. It also saves lots of money on traveling.

Pros and Cons

I have used Polycom, and I have used Cisco video conferencing units, I have found that life size is the most user friendly to use.
Lifesize also has the lifesize app, which allows me to connect to a video conference using my computer.

Lifesize might benefit from creating a web video conference room like WebEx or Zoom.

Likelihood to Recommend

I work at an organization that has campuses all over the United States, and all over the world. Lifesize is well suited when having meetings between the leaders of the different locations. If the organization was in one of the locations with about 3 employees, then lifesize unit would not be well suited.
