Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs
Across the whole organization we use LinkedIn Jobs. We just found out about it recently, and although we haven't hired anyone directly from there yet, we do get some good resumes and have contacted them for the first interview.
- its easy to use and organized
- you can view all resumes right in LinkedIn
- also have the option to get them to your email address (that can be different from LinkedIn email)
- ability to screen candidates as well with questions/experience
- option to copy previous posting and tweak it
- ease of use
- ability to see all resumes submitted in LinkedIn
- none yet, as we have not hired anyone from here directly, but we have had good quality resumes
