Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Hub
As our company grew and more opportunities opened up, LinkedIn Talent Hub was a resource we turned to in order to find quality candidates for various positions across different divisions and departments. While we intially used LinkedIn Talent Hub to find sales and account management candidates, we also turned to the program for IT and web development-related positions that were open.
- Singular platform that helps organize incoming leads.
- Easy for multiple decision-makers to access applicant information.
- Pricing can be slightly expensive.
- Resulted in excellent hires for some part-time/temporary positions.
- Helped those conducting recruiting understand industry benchmarks in terms of average salary and other offerings.
Glassdoor, for a period of time, appeared to be an industry giant that was potentially going to be a large disruptor for companies looking for applicants, but ultimately the quality of the leads and overall poor interface did not make it worthwhile for our company. LinkedIn Talent Hub was also much easier for multiple users to interact with than Glassdoor.
