Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus for our HTML email coding verification and we are able to solve that through Litmus.
- Litmus has great UI that's easy to navigate through. 2. It includes a comprehensive email clients to test the email code and QA. 3.

- The loading of "Previews & QA" takes too much time.
- As mentioned above, an AI code correction of the HTML issues would be great.
- The "Home" page is always set to "All Emails" instead of "My Emails". It would be great if we default it to "My Emails" instead of all.
- One of the challenging thing we all face with marketing emails with cross email providers like Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo etc. So Litmus has been good in terms of providing correct suggestions & helping in resolving them. The only negative thing is self correction of the email templates. If Litmus can include an AI generated code that can help improve the email code that will be good.
It is good overall.
We generally don't use Proof feature.
