Overall Satisfaction with LiveImpact
LiveImpact is being used within the Philanthropy/Fund Development Dept, but it supports the overall agency. We were using multiple products for donor data management, communication, events, stewardship, donor forms, etc. With LiveImpact, we have been able to consolidate all of these in this all-in-one solution. Real-time, one-touch reporting, moves management, communication, and most importantly the ease of use has led to higher productivity and impact agency-wide.
