Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

Overall Lucid makes creating flows and charts simple and in a collaborative environment.
We often use Lucid for different sales leads, requirements, and process flows. Collaboration with other employees helps to streamline the process of building out different charts.
  • Ease of use for building out swim lanes
  • Ability to add in imagery for flows
  • Detailed templates provided
  • Slow load times
  • Improved connector
  • Detailed context for anyone within the organization to understand flows
  • Overall improved clarity that a spreadsheet or doc can't provide
There are added complexities when doing integrations within our organization. For that reason, we mainly use Lucid as a standalone.
The only knock on performance is the delay in loading, outside of that everything is real-time.
I have yet to engage with support.
We use Miro within our organization as well. Miro is used more for PI planning, while Lucid is focused on process and flows.

Lucid can be used for many different process flows, swim lane builds, and diagrams. The tool does everything necessary for what it's built and intended to do.
