Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is a user-friendly program that takes the headache out of creating a flow or process chart.
It has been very intuitive with both the free and paid access levels.
Being able to share one document with multiple users has made coordinating work progress faster and less guess-work on the teams part.
Able to access the website outside of the Americas was an asset required of our team.
At this time we are utilizing it specifically to create internal work processes and to create an over-all look of the workings of our industry, including all departments, from the first customer visit to the marketing-oriented company reviews.

- Concise instructions inside the program itself.
- Easy to use from no template or a starter template.
- For the free account "number of objects per document" limitation, remove the lines/connectors from this cap.
