Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very easy to use and gets around basic features. For more complex objects and features I've had to spend some time trying to figure it out... yet nothing too major.
Lucidchart is an excellent choice for when you need to draw any diagram. I have mostly used Lucidchart for workflows, relationship diagrams & drawing up wireframes. It is well stocked with templates to choose from and libraries of objects to make use of. And if you do come across a scenario where you can't find your desired object, they have a feature to upload your own object. It is very seamless and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Pros

  • Templates for wireframes
  • Templates for workflows
  • Examples of BPMN 2.0

Cons

  • Ability to fully customize an object (e.g. data grid).
  • Some simple objects not in Landing page wireframe (eg. simple straight line).
  • Everything else is Great!
  • Improved quality of products delivered.
  • Time saving as by using chart gaps were earlier on identified.
  • Quick to learn your way around.
There are good documentation to read through that would resolve most of your questions.

Better & bigger libraries of objects to use. Good templates and examples to learn from and use.
Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Slack
Lucidchart is well suited for anyone starting out to be a BA to very experienced users. It is well equipped for users that are still learning and very useful where examples are available to learn from. It works well for discovery phases and to map any new feature. It helps provide a visual to stakeholders which ultimately adds to better delivery.
