Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It helps if someone with experience of the software can show a few tips etc when you first start.
I use Lucidchart to create visualizations of customer journeys across a variety of different channels which ultimately, form part of statements of works. The tool is also used within our implementation team so that they can document the flows that they design with our customers as part of the project cycle.

  • Great selection of icons
  • Duplicate documents
  • Adding text can be a pain sometimes
  • Helps with planning a task before a build
  • Helps the customer to know what will be built
  • Easy to read
It's the solution if you need to show a customer what will or has been built in their AWS environment
Although I haven't had to reach out to support, a colleague has and was very happy.

Lucidchart is useful to provide high-level context around complicated ideas. If you need to write large amounts of text, you should pair something with a chart after. Great for high level designs in cloud architecture and easy to save in different formats for customers.
