Great tool, no learning curve, boosted creativity

Our team started using Lucidchart firstly as a way to organize ideas in team retros and brainstorming sessions. It was always very pleasant to work simultaneously with the workmates, and the way everything is organized unleashes the potential for real-time collaboration. You can see the mouse cursor of your colleagues on the screen and that's quite cool. There is no lag and it's not a resource-intensive application to use, even while being on a conference call with the whole team using video at the same time. More recently, I started to use Lucidchart to create initial drafts of complex architecture diagrams for the company. These drafts must be rich in detail in order for UX to use them and create variations thereof. It's incredible that you don't need such a complex tool to go deep into the details. This is a more complex use-case that we have and so far it has been quite useful. We intend to keep brainstorming and developing drafts in the near and distant future since we didn't find any competitor that can package everything as Lucidchart does.

We did not yet work with any of these integrations. Such integrations are out of the scope for the time being and may not be used by the organization.
