Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very easy to use and does not require any prior training to jump in with an understanding of how to make simple charts. After practice, it is easy to become a more seasoned user and the company offers a great number of training resources online to grow your skills.
I use Lucidchart to help with documenting our existing processes as well as collaborating with other teams on the development of new processes. We also map out our org chart for clarity, and utilize the tool to map proposed Salesforce changes to our JIRA team.

Lucidchart is the best price for the functionality you are getting. Utilizing this across our entire organization, it was amazing to have an easy to use tool so that all end users regardless of technical strengths and knowledge could jump into the platform and be effective in their work.
Lucidchart is very well suited to create a workflow to demonstrate how you use Salesforce, and what would trigger different fields to update. It is also great at outlining organizational structures and/or seating charts.
