Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
Lucidspark is a brilliant tool for visualizing customer journeys. I've used it to create complex mind maps, color code customers' lifecycle segments, add emojis and use the arrow tool to connect and cross over journeys. Sharing this with the team helps us to see where we may be missing the opportunity to provide a unique customer experience. Lucidspark is easy to use, both practically and creatively.
