Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
I use Lucidspark in process and program management. For process management it gives me a quick way to define new processes and roles. In program management I use it with teams to plan and review quarterly work. That includes doing a quarterly retrospective to learn how to improve our working together and brainstorming and prioritizing our work for the next quarter.
- Provide a way for remote teams to brainstorm ideas
- Team collaboration on anything!
- Prioritizing and voting on the best ideas or courses of action
- More support for Kanban
- Better outlining
- Easier way to lock frames and stickies so people can't move them
- It was impossible to do remote team collaboration without Lucidspark
- Improved the speed in which we did retrospectives
- Improved the quality of our decision making
I use Lucidspark integration with Lucidchart a lot. I do fast collaboration on potential processes in spark and then transfer it into chart to create more formal workflows
