Overall Satisfaction with MailTrack
We use it to track all emails that we send to see if recipients are professional enough to respond.
I have pointed out to multiple prospects that I had noticed they opened my email but had yet to respond; the majority of those prospects became clients as I was able to subtly emphasize how my time is important and extremely valuable.
I have only used the free version but have been extremely pleased with the functionalities.
I am very inclined to try the pro version!

- Track when my email has been opened.
- Notifying me when a past email has been opened again by the recipient.
- Seamlessly integrate the tracking service into each email.
- I can't say since I've only used the free version.
- I believe that the improvements I wish to see are provided in the pro version.
- No negative impact.
i haven't evaluated or even attempted to look for another similar product. Mailtrack has met my expectations.
