Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is used by our marketing department for lead management and marketing campaigns. For us, it's important to have a system that can be customised to our organisation's needs and integrated to our Microsoft Dynamics. Our marketing department creates both inbound and outbound campaigns within the system that in turn generate leads and in the end won opportunities.

Ultimately we've bought Marketo for generating new leads and money in the end. Marketo is used for all sales goals but today mainly for prospecting and new business. However, we do upsell and cross-sell campaigns. We are currently planning to do new campaigns and customer retention will most likely be one.
