Overall Satisfaction with Marketo Marketing Automation
We use it to analyze visitors to the site and capture info. We also send out email campaigns and create registration pages. I use it in marketing. It gives us communication with customers to better organize events and analytics about site visitors. The registration pages allow me to create something and leave it alone rather than manually add info myself.
Pros

- Lot of options to manipulate flow and logic
- Has a strong community
Cons
- Interface
- Doesn't work well with responsive templates.. sometimes you have to use html to do things.. I end up paying for people to code templates for me.. just so I can edit myself later
- Ease of use
- The HTML coding and editing landing pages is one area that should be easier but they can't seem to get it right. I don't like having to use html to do the simplest of things.

- Allows for better customer service
- Allows for more automation
I've used Constant Contact. It's just very simple and doesn't allow for too much other than blasting to your database.
Marketo allows you to do a lot more and allows me to learn more about marketing this way for example the analytics and the landing pages provide a lot of insight especially if your company does a lot of events.
