Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is used globally across our organisation. It targets our end user customers even though we don't sell direct. It helps to push leads to our channel partners. Being a global organisation, Marketo makes life much simpler in that we can track all leads in one place, and see the success of global or regional campaigns at the click of a few buttons rather than in multiple systems. We use it for emails, nurture tracks, web activity, events, webinars, revenue modeling etc.
- Email Automation and Lead Routing for form fills. Being able to automatically push leads to the right place dependant on the activity of the lead is excellent.
- Lead Tracking. Tracking and scoring of leads means that when the tele-qualification team rings the lead they are normally ready (or very close) to purchase.
- Nurturing. Having Nurture cycles in the background always helps to increase our brand awareness.
- Lead Database is sometimes slow, especially when trying to carry out complex data counts.
- Some reporting options are missing - such as seeing who changed a campaign and when, and what changes were made.
