Integrated with Azure AD & MS O365 makes it easy to use and manage security. Reliable product which protects us from malware & ransomware.

- License model is a bit confusing based on options.
- Menu options being moved around making them hard to find.
- Longer ramp up time for new users of the product.
- MDCA provides excellent security for M365 apps like teams & SharePoint.

- Could be better when integrating with 3 party products.
We use it today in Azure and are considering use in AWS as well.
I would say this has cut down the number of threat alerts initially by 20% plus and also contributing to this is the scan feature so you can catch configuration errors before they become an issue.
Yes because this product can be used on premise and in all the main hyperscalers which allows us to standardize on a single product and not have to maintain to multiple skillsets or products.
