Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns, product development across multiple departments, and ad-hoc project management.

It's great for progress tracking but awful for any type of file sharing, communication, or reviewing process.
While it's easier to see where larger initiatives are in terms of progress, it has resulted in more time spent managing efforts altogether

I think progress tracking for efforts across departments is extremely helpful. However, monday.com's interface is confusing for many employees, files easily get lost, and updates are so frequent it's hard to search for anything on the platform.
