I believe monday sales CRM is more flexible for changes and intuitive to operate. HubSpot CRM is more specialized and complex to use. Airtable is not design as CRM but may be used as such, definitely not able to be compared to Hubsport CRM or monday sales CRM which are more specialized CRM software

Monday is significantly better. Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing it is just better overall. I feel as if Monday has a better system in regard to keeping track of all the files we have. Moreover, I also feel like the fact that it allows me to tag my other coworkers enables me to have better communication in the office.

monday sales CRM was much more customisable and flexible for our needs. We could use monday sales CRM to enhance what we do but Zendesk basically wanted us to change how we work to their style which is not what we wanted. I also found zendesk to be extremely expensive for what you were getting.

Earlier we were using other software to but I can not remember the name of it. For sure I remember that using other sofwtawers where not as effective as Monday is. Monday really brings very good value for companys future development and we will continue using it for loonger period unless better software appears on market with all in one capability

The primary benefit of monday.com is the flexibility. Other productivity management platforms do basically one thing, and that's all. Monday.com really does ten things and it does them pretty well. The best thing about that is that the ten different services all communicate with each other, so you can truly build an end-to-end process.

I would say that it is simply a more interactive tool, that gives you all the features you need to get started, and then lets your evolve your tool with other methods and features as times goes by and your team gets a more mature understanding of the process and ways to improve sales and productivity. It's a software that grows with you.

I chose monday because of the flexibility, I get a system in which I can build what I want and exactly how I imagine, everything is very accessible and easy, I don't need the help of anyone and I can manage a complete and complex work process myself with a few clicks of a button

There isn't anything close to what monday sales CRM does besides Google Sheets but it is less interactive and could easily be messed with. monday sales CRM makes it easy even for people who are technologically challenged to be able to create a board or dashboard to work for whatever they want. The automation also makes it easy to move things around the board without manually having to do it.

I've tested out a few platforms. I don't even remember some of the ones I've tried, but the closest one I can think of may be ClickUp. I liked ClickUp, but it doesn't seem to have the same level of functionality as Monday. I just seemed to "click" better with Monday.com. It seems more intuitive to me personally.

Monday has a much cleaner and easier-to-manage format. There is also more customer support as with the other CRM; it takes a bit of time to have the request sent in to look at the issue. I also like that it has a mobile app so I can check on the phone whenever possible.

monday.com has more templates and was more easily customizable for our team than Asana was. We started with Asana, and then transitioned to monday.com for the added functionality. The price point was better than Pipedrive, AND it allows us to track many other types of things beyond just our sales process.

I have used Salesforce at several organizations and hate it. It is completely too time-consuming to enter information and virtually requires you to have an excessive level of training or an IT department that can set up the programs, reports. In smaller companies, we ended up hiring Salesforce data entry personnel to enter the information for the sales teams as they were spending more time in the software than in the field. monday can be used on the fly, information is easily entered on both a computer and mobile app and provide instant access and updates to all users. Even with security measures, monday is much easier to access, especially in the field.

We're a small business so I thought the products in Google Drive would be enough, but it turned out we needed more than what Drive could offer. Plus, I didn't want all of us to have to integrate with multiple apps thru Drive just to create a better workflow. Having ONE place for practically everything we use and we could set it up so that many boards can "talk" to each other makes many of our tasks (and work-life) much easier.
