Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

Currently, we are using Monday.com for the following purposes: CRM for potential customers separated by the respectful market CRM for current customers separated by the compliant market Credit control; the team responsible for this financial part is keeping track of customers' credit limits and creating a report for the accounting department. Projects/Tasks, each group or team member has different tasks depending on the complexity of the desired results. Monday is convenient in this situation, allowing us to follow how each project/task is developing.

  • Every few days, it crushes

  • After spending a lot of money, this product is the most cost-efficient until now

User-friendly and easy to integrate. The possibility of having already made workplaces and boards saves time and energy. As previously said, the possibility to search on different boards simultaneously. Also, modifying each column to the desired one is one of the best features. The price per user is one of the best compared to what is out there in the market.
Having the capacity for saving contacts and other documents comes to sales agents. This way, they can always track which reference has to be renewed. Another feature is the possibility of having different columns and being able to filter and modify them based on your needs. Our sales agents are also satisfied by the colors and animations provided.
Monday is suited for small to medium businesses, I would suggest. We bring a small business; it gave us tremendous flexibility when it comes to saving and following up with our customers and leads of the sales agents. Another handy feature is the already prepared dashboards which are easy to use, and the desired results are much faster than making it from scratch. Having the possibility to filter and search information in different workplaces is one of the futures I see only in this platform.
