Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We are a relative small company with a fleet size of about 8 trucks. Our main use of Motive is for fleet tracking and driver safety. Motive allows to monitor the vehicle's performance and react to issues very quickly. Real time tracking has been a game changer.
  • Customer Service is excellent.
  • Adding and ordering new equipment is easy and arrives very quickly.
  • Their portal is easy to use and intuitive.
  • I would like to see more options with custom reports.
  • I cannot commit on any tangible impact, I can say that we do appreciate knowing that the system is there.
Motive support is one of the best support experiences I have ever had.
Installation of the dashcams and gateways is very easy and goes quickly. Their portal is equally easy to setup and manage. So deploy time is low.
We have not experienced any errors or outages since we deployed Motive. Support is also very quick.
This is the first time we looked into fleet management. So we do not have any experience with other providers. I can say we are very happy with our decision to go with Motive.

It is not often that I have had an issue with Motive, or their equipment, but the few times I did their support is top notch. My problem is resolved quickly. Their support techs are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
