Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use Motive for our ELD's in our trucks to manage the hours of service.
  • Makes it very easy to manage your hours of service.
  • It's very easy to get in touch with customer service.
  • The Motive app is very user friendly.
  • My only issue is some times the app may struggle connecting to the assigned vehicle.
  • This has definitely assisted with safety. We use motive dash cams in each of our trucks.
Customer service is always very easy to get in contact with and they are always helpful.
We are able to see all live locations
Very rarely the app may lose connection with the vehicle but that's very rare.
