Overall Satisfaction with Motive
We have been using Motive for couple of years. The way the system is set to get notifications and updates on how each driver and equipment is doing is wonderful. The customer service is amazing, as I have used both online chat and over the phone. Online chat is also very quick and easy. There asset tracking requires wiring which it would be nice if the solar system on it was much stronger for charging it. Cameras are amazing inside and outside they do a great job on quick catches and notifying. 100% i recommend it.

- Once you delete a driver be nice if we can still pull them up under their name another tab for deactivated drivers be nice rather than completely being gone.
- Cameras take too long to work even with live view.

Just like the question is all-in-one platform. One place to use rather than many different platforms.
We had a different platform before but they didn't have much to offer besides tracking at the time.
