Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use the Eld in our trucking business on a daily basis. It keeps track of the location of each driver and their scheduled time of duty and off thing. I really appreciate the help we get when we call the technical department. They are very helpful and patient with us helping solve all of our problems and getting back up and running quickly. I recommend Motive (previously KeepTruckin) to call my friends who I find out that are starting out in the trucking business.
  • Trouble shooting with driver
  • Walking driver through quick fix
  • Even complicated fixes very patient.
  • If they don’t have the answer will find someone who does and make sure you are taken care of completely.
  • More up to date equipment.

Support has been great.
So far they have been available when needed. Even through the night. The night time techs are just as knowledgeable as the day time techs. They get you in there and help you with all your problems and help you throughly. I really appreciate a company that hires employees that are knowledgeable and are people friendly.

I called because my unit was going in and out frequently and without hesitation and I had to use a paper log. The representative was very kind working with me and determined that that I needed a new unit and ordered a new unit. He was very patient with me. I didn’t have to repeat myself over and over. He he was really engaged in the conversation. I was really pleased. Got everything completed and I received my new united sooner than expected. I was a happy camper after that.
