Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We have two business in our one location, Landscape and Garden Center, the call flow features direct calls to all the right people, this has saved us a lot of back and forth of forwaring calls.

  • Phone programming is difficult, not all users have the same directory.
  • Call park is an additional feature we did not know about for the first year. This feature is very useful when it was added, it gave us the ability to grab calls at any phone with ease.

  • Call Park, with multiple extensions to pick up calls
  • Holiday hour schedule
  • Calls are directed much better than our old system.
  • Message notice is better than our old system

Nextiva Business Phone Service comes with many features we aren't currently using, it would be nice to have cheaper plans with less features. We like the call flows and after hours features. Overall Nextiva has been reliable and support is very helpful.
