Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Workflow
To automate a contracts process for a major state agency. It's initial use was as a deep proof of concept, and has since been leveraged by a number of departments beyond the initial legal department. The primary issue related to lost in process and tracking progress of documents resulting in lost time and efficiency.
- Simple build, test and deploy process
- Visual designer
- Integration with other systems
- Better documentation or direction on integration with Web Services
- It helps build a better relationship with our clients, it is not simply about the development of a solution, but more about the empowerment of an organization.

Yes - It was resolved quickly. It turned out to be an issue in SharePoint, rather than Nintex, however, they isolated the issue and assisted in getting the problem resolved. The took ownership of the issue, understood the impact, and saw the issue to resolution. Few 3rd party vendors are as knowledgable or assertive in assisting clients.
We were called in because the Partner of record for a client's Nintex installation had abandoned the client. We worked with the client's staff and Nintex to bring the client up to date, to resolve the issue, and then to propel onward to additional projects.
