Overall Satisfaction with Octoparse
The pandemic has made the exhibition business difficult to run and we are exploring new businesses in international warehousing. This is a good tool to collect data for business research. I collected data like inventory, sales of online stores. It is mostly used by myself. In fact, we don't have a development team so I learned by following the guides and asking the support.
- user design is easy to understand compared to other automation tools
- the support team is helpful, they really answer
- the software can get data into spreadsheets, and in a large number
- there is a free plan to start
- there is more about practical use: sometimes you need to wait for the data to show in the preview section
- there can be more tutorials for scraping popular websites like shoppee, wayfair etc.
- it gives profound database for my research and make the whole process a lot more easier. the power of automation!
I saw UiPath when I was seeking a data scraping tool. I don't quite understand how it works. It seems more complicated and is less understandable for people who do not code.
