Overall Satisfaction with ON24
On24 is used across the organsiation, different departments use it to run client webinars.
- It's an easy to use platform, very intuitive
- It looks clean and clear to the customer
- You can make a lot of changes to the design
- A lot of features are not included as standard, meaning you have to buy them (increasing cost significantly)
- It's been a helpful tool to run our webinars but it hasn't done anything new we weren't already doing, just with a different platform
