ON24 is being used by our corporate marketing team as a lead gen and thought leadership platform. We leverage ON24 internally for global training and inter-department communication. ON24 addressed a need in our business to produce product webcasts, case studies with our clients and thought leadership and research that we have partnered with the analyst community on.

- Not self sufficient - without having a tech from ON24 there are always day of issues with the technology that have a poor impact on our customer experience.
- Live demos - we are unable to demo our platform in a live or simu-live ON24 webcast.
- Video - we are unable to stream video which limits the type of presentations we can build.
ON24 is integrated with Eloqua (marketing automation) and enables our lead gen team to easily build follow up campaigns based on user engagement during our webcasts. This data is then passed from our marketing automation into our CRM allowing our sales team to receive lead and account based insights when looking at a target account.

We selected ON24 based on a referral from a previous user. In hindsight we should have evaluated more tools and made a decision that was a better fit for our organization.
