- Webcast tool is easy to use.
- Webcast tool is always going through improvements based on the feedback ON24 receives from their customers.
- Good customer support team.
- Webcast tool doesn't have a save button it just saves as you go. There has been a few times were I made changes to the console I was building for a webinar that I didn't mean to make and I had to redo everything.
