Overall Satisfaction with ON24

I use ON24 to schedule and conduct monthly webinars for our community and for our sponsors. We also use it for our larger Virtual Events that we have throughout the year as well. It works seamlessly as we introduce our speakers throughout the day.

  • Update the website, it's a little outdated.
  • Give more options to personalize the reminder emails that are sent out.
I use HubSpot, and it's fairly easy for me to connect workflows for lead generation, but it would be awesome if there was a HubSpot plug-in to make it even easier to connect the two.
  • The ability to capture leads for our webinar sponsors.
  • Captured new contacts to drive to our lead fostering pipelines.
Whenever I've had an issue, their support team has always been available to quickly help me with my problem.
ON24 is a great platform to conduct webinars, and video recording is convenient if you want to offer an on-demand option as well.

ON24 Support

I wouldn't say it's absolutely perfect but it is very good. There has been an issue or two where I've felt like I've had to explain my problem a couple different times and it can be frustrating. Overall though I feel like the team is responsive and genuinely cares about resolving your issue quickly and efficiently.

Yes - Because when we have live events and there's an issue (although infrequent) it's imperative that we have a quick response so that our attendees and most importantly our sponsors still have a good experience. Luckily we've never had any major issues but having someone there to quickly troubleshoot for us puts us at ease when we're live with an event.
Yes - It was resolved to my satisfaction but it took a little longer than I'd hoped to fix it. It wasn't anything major but had to do with the automatic reminder emails it sends out to people who register for webinars. I was doing custom ones and for some reason it wasn't saving the custom edits I made. Took a few different times with their team to get to the bottom of the issue.
