Our clients use ON24 to solve a variety of business solutions, but predominantly use it for their virtual events and webcasts The tools present within ON24 allow our clients to amplify communications both internally and externally and collect data on a variety of content from collecting information through surveys, event participation, or email communication.

The tools present within ON24 allow our clients to amplify communications both internally and externally and collect data on a variety of content from collecting information through surveys, event participation, or email communication. The platform is continuously being updated with different integration capabilities, particularly for those clients looking to have a greater market reach and collect larger data with the ability to integrate different CSM tools.
ON24's ability to continuously enhance their product is impressive from their mini to major releases, it seems as if they are always taking customer satisfaction and suggestions into account to enhance their product.
ON24 does satisfy most of our customer needs. They recently released the ability to do simulive which has been a gamechanger and previously was a point of dissatisfaction for a select group of customers that were looking for more options.
Comparatively speaking to the above mentioned competitors, ON24 offers the most creative flexibility in branding and customization in design of event and webinar production.

ON24 is a great platform for standalone webcasts and has a large capability to integrate with a variety of CSM tools. For customers looking for more flexibility on console customization and broadcast delivery, other platforms may be more suitable.

ON24 recently re-designed their U/I which is even more intuitive and user friendly. The layout is simple, has larger image and easy navigation.
