Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use On24 for external facing client webinars. We want to showcase our expertise to our clients but also provide them with updates on industry trends and engage them in scientific and commercial conversations and dialogue to stay up on trends and up-to-date in a variety of areas across all of our businesses. We have events that range from panel discussions, lecture style presentations, and fireside chats with invited guests and clients.
  • Immediate analytics following webcasts
  • Quick and efficient tech support
  • Recommendations on ways to improve engagement
  • Extra emails to participants more than 1 day after the webinar would be nice so we could have some extra touchpoints
  • Some overarching year-over-year analysis would be great
  • The ability to omit specific events from data reviews in case we don't want to include a smaller invitation-only event or internal event into our data scores and averages
  • Immediate delivery of attendance and leads for business development
  • Registration handled all in one place is great
  • The URL to the event not changing makes it seamless and easy for staff to not have to constantly ask where to find the URL to share with a client since it never changes
We haven't used the lead scoring feature in enough detail, and mostly because it isn't always helpful for a non-marketing person or for a one-off event. It's nice to show the 'heat' level of a hot or warm lead, but I'm not sure our business development teams are using that scoring, they're mostly focused on what companies are attending or if they recognize a name.
We have started to use the AI technology built in to turn around quick summary thought leadership pieces and highlights from a webinar to put out on social media to capture the main discussion points from a webinar. It was a nice starting point for us for a longer written piece and was a nice quick transcription type of piece to start with.
I think there are always ways for technology platforms to grow or to adapt to flexible needs and different needs for different industries. I think our current needs are being met, but I'm not sure how many different types of formats we could realistically use the platform for other than what we're doing now. We'd need to try some things and get use cases, but that takes time and resources we're limited on.

There are some scenarios where we have wanted to use On24 but could not due to some limitations. It would be nice to allow someone to have a login for private events that other admins could not access. Internal events are maybe not ideal for On24 because the internal staff data, engagement, and attendance numbers would impact the overall data and engagement from clients
